About the role
Join a growing residential service team diagnosing and repairing split systems, heat pumps, and package units across Pinellas County. You will run 4–6 service calls per day with a fully stocked van and tablet-based dispatch.
We pay for continued training and NATE certification. On-call rotation is one week in six, with premium pay for after-hours calls.
Requirements
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA 608 Universal certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Professional appearance and customer-friendly communication
